godaddy actually does ipv6 glue just fine, as of a few years; it is nice, permits you to give up to 8 addresses per ns host, of whatever address family you choose (just fill in the blank)...

make sure you're updating the glue records for the NS host and not the dns zone, those are separate animals

you should check your dns server settings, ns1.igoturphone.info seems not to be authority for the domain if you use dig

it used to be ns1.igoturphone.info hosting everything, i just recently changed to ns1.reasonless
I bet he.net is (as it should) using dig like functionality
