http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=8999 I sent a provision request to support@arpnetworks yesterday and have not received a response, am I doing it wrong? I am not in any real rush, I just want to make sure I did the request properly mdg: my rebuild request took just over 24hrs.. cedwards: thanks cedwards: just curious, you mentioned something special you had to do for Arch yesterday, what was it ? mdg: you've got to manually install grub and have to add the virtio modules in mkinitcpio.conf mdg: unofficial wiki - http://arpwiki.com/doku.php/distributions/arch/start cedwards: perfect thanks, I tried looking for it but couldnt find it yesterday. I was looking in the wrong spot though I guess arch ftw actually, I didnt know about an unofficial wiki, that was my problem doesn't up_the_irons provide arch templates? when I did the install I had to use pacman -Sy -r ... base in order to install the installer did not like /dev/vda schmir: I don't think Arch is pre-built here. But he'll install anything you want, as long as you build it. "if you build it, he will vm..." cedwards: I ordered it some time ago with arch installed, and was already logged in to irc up_the_irons then complained that someone ordered an arch vps ;) so far my Arch VPS has worked great, but I use FreeBSD for my workhorse. anything "production" goes on FreeBSD. Arch is simply a PKGBUILD build server currently.
