How do we go about getting reverse DNS entries for our IPs?
Are they delegated for us to create RDNS in our own binds, or do I need to shoot a support ticket to support@arpnetworks.com?

those with 1 IP usually prefer us host the PTR. More than 1 IP, they want it delegated
I was wondering how big of a deal it is to rebuild a VPS from one OS to another. Is this something that can be user managed or do I have to get the staff involved
