Er, support, not really.
it is often quiet around here, and then a big discussion gets going, and then we all go back to work  or play or what have you. Talk is not normally focussed on server problems because there don't tend to be many.
support@ is usually faster.
mail or the support forum is definitely better than posting here.
at least to wake up the mighty support beast.
I had emailed support@ yesterday morning for some setup stuff, but it wasn't particularly time-sensitive I suppose
He usually does setup stuff at night, but the weekend might have caused an issue.
is it possible to upload a custom freebsd disk image? I prefer a somewhat non-default installation

I don't see why not. I told him what install disk I wanted to use and he mounted it, and I did the install myself.

I can't really do a direct install from the official CDs, I have to prepare it from another full freebsd machine
