looking at the logs, looks like around 3:00 pst is when it happens, and my munin shows high load during that period; most likely the host backup script in cron, so i gotta see why that is such a huge, cuz the host backup is usually quick

one of my VM hosts was backing up the base OS images, whups
(high load when those bad boys are transferred)

iv'e seen that error many times man, you may be good at what you do but that error comes up when there's a hard drive issue.
so if it happens when there's load, you know what your problem is, you dont stop the load, you figure out the hd issue
but i'll leave that to you, i dont have anything important on my vps
it's not a hard drive issue
that error can come up for other reasons, it is not exclusive to HD
