you can just do a normal static route
if you need to do advanced routing like inbound traffic to the VPS IP going back out the VPS network then you need an IP rule
but for a single source address you don't
err single destination
he.net don't normally allow you to send traffic out them with a non he.net source IP.
it's different if you have a bgp tunnel, but i suspect it wouldn't work for non advertised iP

mnathaninot trying to route the VPS proviers IP through the HE.net tunnel, I would use each IP directly from the provider it came from.
Static Route seems to work for what I intended (/128 using one ip, everything else use the other ip)
