I knew they annoyed me, and I knew they'd get themselves in trouble... But I figured they were all bluster and no skill. (And for all I know, that's still the case, but their bluster definitely got them arrested)

Yeah, they went back and forth between that and "paige" so seems pretty obvious that it's the "right" erratic.

Based on IRC logs (questions about using the console, etc), yes they have been a customer.
i like the mixture of using VPNs/tor/etc and also blabbing about all the methodology on twitter and uploading the data to a registered github account

Yup. I remember that.
Apparently they were (in)famous throughout IRC (and notably Freenode) for some sort of trolling nonsense. But they never really bothered us much, just idled.
