Ahh... so if I shutdown -p, it will be powered off, and I can toggle the power again to bring it back?
I'll have to remember the instructions from a few years ago, but in theory, I won't need them.  This is just an emergency in case something didn't get ported.

I can confirm that ipmitool has been able to power on, off, reset, etc my dedi without issue. (and I use it for serial access too)
