***: forgotten has joined #arpnetworks forgotten: any plans to upgrade from 100mbps shared uplinks? HAS_A_BANANA: Which uplinks are you referring to, forgotten?
Metal hosts have 2*GbE. VPS are throttled to 100 but the underlying fabric is faster (GbE or better) as I understand it. ***: km_ has quit IRC (Remote host closed the connection) forgotten: ya meant VPS
it says right in FAQ that it shares 100mbit with other vms on each host
was just curious if there were any plans to ever make that faster mercutio: any newly provisioned vps's, or migrated vps's have gigabit forgotten: oh nice
:D brycec: My apologies for the (slightly) misinformation then.
But wow, last updated 2010... http://support.arpnetworks.com/kb/vps/what-is-the-uplink-speed-of-a-vps
Maybe someone at ARP should go through the FAQ and cleanup/update where possible. Anything to update that "last updated" marker. A FAQ older than 3 years leads me to believe the company isn't around anymore.
(Which I know not to be the case at ARP) mercutio: up_the_irons: ^^ ***: karstensrage has quit IRC (Quit: ZNC - http://znc.in) jpalmer: up_the_irons: ^^ mike-burns: Or that the information hasn't changed?
