I have 100mbit upload bandwidth, however uploading to an ARP vps I cant go faster than 300 kB/sec
I am on the East coast - perhaps that makes a difference

nathani: i'd suspect that it's the bell.ca->pccw interconnect being the issue.  btw, it's easier to read cut and pasted mtr if you resize your window before cutting
