i have lost all ipv6 connectivity to my server...is this a known issue? I have as well... i can make outgoing ipv6 connections from the box, it seems count me in for flaky ipv6 (since yesterday) well, connectivity appears to be restored for now there's been some straaaange things happening with IPv6 yes, i have noticed random periods of extreme lag / dropping ssh connections over ipv6 to arp. no issues with ipv4 though I also lost IPv6 at about 6:36 PST this morning :( nathani: Thanks. It's nothing special, just a Ducky Shine (For those curious, nathani was referencing https://twitter.com/brycied00d/status/816373383906476032) TWITTER: Working from home is really quite challenging. And not that caseyandgina is present, but... noop is a simpler and more direct IO scheduler which has its benefits for sure (simpler code means less chance of bugs, reduced risk of hardware issues causing strange backlogs, etc). Buuuut... IO schedulers were originally written for slow (and I mean slow, think IDE) disks to help mitigate their shortcomings and offer a more responsive experience. These days, a 7200RPM SATA-II disk compared to an SSD (SATA-II) won't see any significant difference, basically no difference unless you're measuring for it. up_the_irons: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AH4DuGVjQ-Y I think thats in German YouTube video: "Adobe Premiere Screencast Basics #01" by Gutzeit Media "Gutzeit" = "Goodtime" media? Sounds... adult. Or lame. nathani: indeed it's German
