up_the_irons: "Cloud * server" parses to me as "Expensive service targeted to business users."  "Semi-dedicated" sounds more like something a hobbyist user like me might want.
although what exactly semi-dedicated means is far from clear without more info
sjackso: if "Cloud * server" was followed by a pricing table starting at, say, $50 per month; would you still think it's expensive?
