chrismsnz: looking to fire up an openbsd vps tonight
i see that 5.8 isn't in the list - wait or just roll 5.7 and upgrade? brycec: Perhaps mercutio knows
As someone that just blows away the image and installs their own, I'd just go with 5.7 and upgrade. ***: Seji has quit IRC (Quit: No Ping reply in 180 seconds.)

there's some delay as to whether it's good to include m:tier by default
otherwise there's a few manual patches needed.
i don't think 5.7 and update is terribly cumbersome though.
i did -current to -stable; but there may have been something i forgoet from 5.7 to -current ***: ix33 has joined #arpnetworks brycec: mercutio: I'd argue that including openup is up to the end user, but installing the current binpatches is reasonable.
just my $.02
I've done several 5.7 to 5.8 upgrades no problem. ***: gizmoguy has joined #arpnetworks
